WADT... ~chinese people stink~
...maybe a bit racist...maybe not very correct, politically...maybe not quite the nicest thing to say about a group i am a part of...but why is it that an extremely high percentage of older chinese people i get in the elevator with smell like...
1. moth balls
2. some strange common odor among many chinese people
3. mentholatum...mentholatium...mentho-la-tum....(well i have no clue how to spell it)..that green stinky creamy junk
4. boc-fa-yow...(white flower oil)my dad is starting to smell like #2 also...i don't remember him smelling like anything...well i guess i never really smelled him...what is that?...at a certain age chinese people start smelling like some stinky thing?...
...maybe i smell like some stanky thang and just don't realize it?
why is it that sometimes we cannot smell our own stinkiness?...when my feet smell really juicy, why do others have to tell me they are juicy?...do we have some kind of built in self odor blocking mechanism?...do our own poopies smell more or less exciting than other's ...does cameron diaz or kate beckinsale have smelly poops?...do they even have to go to the bathroom?......well, next time i see a stanky chinese person...i'm gonna ask them...
"hey, do you smell that?"

me 1st!!
yea why is that? that old people start smelling like old people...luckily my parents haven't started smelling....
in san francisco where my grandma lives, there are these buildings that are only rented to the elderly to foster an elderly-community environment (it's not a nursing home). my grandma once thought of renting an apartment there, but said "ew, maybe not...i can't stand the old people smell!" hahaha...we're just thinking "uh..but grandma...."
FATS what are you ON? that really was an extraordinary post!
Tomesara.
I don't think older Chinese people are the only ones with that "old person" smell, I've known a few Caucasian elders who smell funny. It's even more likely if they live alone. Me...I usually smell like Icy-hot these days, have a good one. Rainy

polish elders smell like cooked cabbage and peppers. when i came back from Korea, my luggage and person and everything I mailed had this distinct odor that was indiscernible when I lived there, but everyone in Chicago clearly pointed out as smelling "Asian".
Personally, I like to think I smell like baby powder and garlic
ryc: yup, that always makes for a pretty bad day =D
I always have a blocked nose whenever I'm around old people..which is a good thing..phew!!
